Full bathroom refurbishment and boiler replacement

I recently instructed The Water Works (UK) Ltd to undertake a full bathroom refurbishment and install a new Worcester boiler in my home, which they have now completed. Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none and, needless to say, I am very pleased with what they have done for me! I had several quotes from other companies and The Water Works were the most competitive on price, without sacrificing the quality of their work or the standard of materials used. They are also a lovely bunch who were easy to get along with and very respectful of my home environment throughout. I strongly recommend them!

Repaired leaking gas supply

Called out British gas as I could smell gas near my meter. They shut off my gas and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get it back on. Called the water works who were able to sort my gas out and get me back up and running the next day at half the cost!! Thanks

Boiler breakdown

Had them out to fix my boiler late in the evening. To be honest, I didn’t expect them to come until the next morning but arrived within the hour which I think is great customer service. Fixed it there and then and had the part needed.

Boiler repair + service

I had several quotes to replace my boiler and called the Water Works for a quote too. I was really happy with the service because they came and out and said that all I needed was a replacement gas valve and not a whole new boiler which has saved me a lot of money, so thanks! Good honest company. They did a service on my boiler as well and I will have them back to do that again next year.

I would highly recommend them to all who have any issues re boilers or bathroom. An issue subsequent to the fitting was also well handled, quickly and respectfully. I have had no issues since. Landlord Gas Safety certificates

Cannot fault this company. They are very efficient, polite and cost effective. And above all reliable/! I always use them for my gas safety certificates on all our properties as they only charge £45.

Excellent plumbing work in the kitchen and bathroom

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the work. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and clearly understand the work they do. They are friendly and professional and get the work done. When they left they left it clean and tidy and ready to use. I will be using them again in the future without a doubt
